My name is Scott Pattenden. I am 20 years of age and I’m a freelance photographer, filmmaker and creative thinker based in Harpenden, UK. I’m a talented, passionate, and ambitious individual.
I first picked up a camera at my local skatepark around 4 years ago, and it’s this that sparked my passion for shooting photographs and filming videos. What drives my passion, is the love I have for extreme sports and its culture, especially BMX and Snowboarding. It’s these two sports that motivate me to work as hard as I possibly can, in the hope that one day I can have a future that is 100% fueled by the two.
My talent for photography and videography extends further than just extreme sports. I shoot Fashion, Portrait, Fine Art, Architecture, Landscapes, Documentary, Events and Automobiles. I think it’s important to be diverse and flexible now days, given how competitive of an industry photography and videography is. I shoot such a wide range of genres because I don’t want to limit myself, that, and I just enjoy using my camera.
Despite only having for such a short period of time, I’ve been lucky enough to work with industry leading brands, meet incredible people, and experience some unforgettable moments and can only hope that the future brings bigger and better things. I recently finished full time education and I’m now available for all types of work. Commercial, advertorial, editorial and events. I’m great with people and children of all ages. Friendly, charismatic and enthusiastic. If you like my work and are in need of someone like myself, don’t hesitate to ask.
Please take a look around the website, check out what I’m up to and leave a comment in the guest book letting me know what you think. I also have prints of my photographs available, so be sure to check that out too.
